These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ACE360 Fleet Platform and related subdomains operated by SG ACE Automotive Pte Ltd ("we", "us"). By using ACE360, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your company. Business registrations must provide a valid UEN.
2. Account & Tenant
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, managing users within your tenant, and keeping credentials secure. You agree to notify us of unauthorised access promptly.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use ACE360 for unlawful purposes; (b) upload false or misleading data; (c) attempt to access other tenants' data; (d) reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform; (e) share your account with unauthorised parties.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe or PayNow. Fees are payable upfront for the selected billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion. Overdue accounts may be suspended.
5. Intellectual Property
ACE360, its software, branding, and content are owned by SG ACE Automotive Pte Ltd. You retain ownership of the data you submit.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may request data deletion via our Data Deletion page.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may cause downtime. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions.
8. Disclaimers
ACE360 is provided "as is". We make no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Vehicle, compliance, and financial data are provided for informational purposes and should be independently verified.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel anytime; data deletion requests apply on termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
